Welcome to the Campus Child Care application!

You will now be directed to the application site.

This system allows you to apply to one or more of the seven independent child care centers operating on Harvard University’s campuses.

Before you begin, please note:

• We encourage you to get to know individual centers before making the decision to apply. Child care centers vary in their characteristics and cultures, as well as in their locations and sizes. Please visit their web sites.
• Information about the application process and timeline can be found in Campus Child Care’s FAQ section.
• Information about Harvard University’s policies and practices relating to child care can be found at the Office of Work/Life’s website.
• While you do not need to be affiliated with Harvard University to apply or enroll, please note that the centers do give preference to Harvard affiliates according to a tier system established by the University. If you intend to claim an affiliation with Harvard University, please have your Harvard University Identification (HUID) number or be prepared to upload documents demonstrating your affiliation.
• In the fall of 2024 the City of Cambridge launched the Cambridge Preschool Program. All 4 year olds who reside in Cambridge are eligible for financial support either in public or private early education programs. Some 3 year olds are also eligible for financial support, but the numbers are limited. Campus Child Care is a partner of the Cambridge Preschool Program but you must complete two distinct applications.
